By creating an account or using Flevo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including free trial users and paid subscribers.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@flevo.io.
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
You may use Flevo only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with:
Flevo generates message suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing them before sending and ensuring they are appropriate, accurate, and compliant with platform rules.
Flevo currently offers a Free plan (20 leads) and a Pro plan (€39/month or €290/year). A Business plan (€99/month) is in development. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.
The Free plan includes your first 20 qualified leads at no cost. No credit card is required. Once the limit is reached, you must upgrade to continue receiving leads.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from your first paid charge, in full and without conditions, in accordance with European consumer law. After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances only.
If a payment fails, we will retry over several days. After repeated failures, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and scanning will pause.
Flevo and all its components (software, UI, algorithms, scoring models) are the intellectual property of Flevo. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.
Content you create using Flevo (workspaces, notes, CRM data) belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant Flevo a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service is provided "as is" during the beta period. Flevo does not guarantee specific results, lead quality, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flevo's liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Flevo is not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms including account restrictions resulting from your outreach activity.
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export it.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
